And the one I want to pick up this week was requested,

well, it was requested by one in particular, but I've had several others request it

informally. Many years ago, I spoke at an event here in Lexington. It was a bit of an

unconventional Christian event, admittedly so.

What happened is they rented out a brewery downtown and asked me to come speak on Christian view

of alcohol. And boy, did people show up to this event. It was a packed room, many of them Christians,

but some of them not. Just some folks in the community interested in what Christians have to say

on the issue. And the bar was open and drinks were being served. And I was asked to answer the

question, what does Christianity teach about alcohol? And it was a great night

and judging by the response, it did seem like my perspective was a helpful one, but I had no

idea where that recording is, if it was even recorded at all. And so anyway, I got this question
