So let me just tell you a little story and why I have on the guest that I have on today and I'll get to her in just a second

So I've been a dancer what what seems like my whole life I started dancing when I was 13 years old

I've had many injuries throughout my life

I had my first massage my first actual like deep tissue massage when I was

19 years old. I had already been

competing for several years

I think I was my second year of college as a dance major and my body just hurt

And I remember getting on the massage table and this woman working on my back

And she had like the strongest hands ever and just thinking oh my gosh. This is the most painful thing I've ever experienced

And this is the best thing I've ever experienced. I had so many knots

And just so much was tight in my body and as she worked on it not only was I feeling my body release

I was feeling emotions release which was very weird to me again. I was only 19 years old was the first massage I ever had

I hadn't learned all that I've learned now
