summer guide the ultimate hot girl summer what you need to prepare get in the

mentality how you're gonna have your best summer yet, just all of the above.

I'm so excited for today's episode because you guys have been requesting this for quite some time now,

and I've seen a whole bunch of different youtubers creators tick talkers podcasters everyone's

making their guides on how to have the perfect hot girl summer glow-up guide and

I actually haven't listened to a single one I wanted to make sure that what I was going to say

obviously wasn't going to be the same as what someone else was going to say or that I wasn't

subconsciously going to copy what someone else says. So I've made a list of my own things and I'm excited to talk about them and hopefully they're a little bit different than everyone else is because honestly I think that there's a lot of topics I want to go into that are not physical. I feel like when we say glow up we think a lot about the physical aspects of ourselves, but I really want to go in a whole bunch of things in terms of our mentalities, our mindsets. I have some reminders. I want to talk about confidence, main character energy, the vibes going into the season,

romanticizing in general. I want to talk about being productive in the summer and not just

laying around in our bed and incorporating play as an adult which is a crazy concept

not really it's not that crazy but I feel like it's just weird to say and I'm excited to

talk about that as well as just being excited being enthusiastic finding hobbies spending time alone, and this is going to be a jam-packed

episode that I hope you'll enjoy. That is giving me deja vu because I literally have a video of me as

a child doing like a fake YouTube video and I say that exact sentence I think it's up on my Tik-talk but I'm like this is going to be a jam-packed video that I hope you'll enjoy and that's how I feel right now. I am like prepared to spill all of my words and just

tell you everything that's on my mind. So yeah I'm excited for this episode but I guess before we go into it
