| 1:03.8 | But he had a fast food restaurant, and he was like fully the type of person who |
| 1:08.2 | had to optimize every single thing. |
| 1:11.2 | And so, you know, he figured out how to make the burgers faster. |
| 1:15.6 | And he got to the point where you can't make the burgers any faster. |
| 1:19.5 | And then he started optimizing how to make sure that the soda machine worked faster so that you could fill up the soda as fast as you possibly could. |
| 1:29.0 | And then he started figuring out how to get the cashiers to work faster so that you could bring in as many |
| 1:34.7 | people as you possibly could. |
| 1:36.4 | And then what happened was he hit a glass ceiling. |
| 1:39.2 | He basically got to the point where everything in his business was fully optimized. |
| 1:44.7 | And so he thought to himself, like I need to get outside of the box that I'm in. |
