I'm often asked by business owners why their social media posts kind of fall flat and

then they don't make sales.

I don't know if you can relate to that, but the struggle is a lot more prevalent and

the struggle is a lot more real than people often admit.

But I hear it on a one-to-one basis with people that I coach, with people on the inside

of social curator, with people on the inside of my direct messages.

It's not something that we talk outward facing, but today we are spilling the C and getting

real.

I actually saw a meme rather recently on Instagram where somebody's mom had texted, I don't

know what you mean about spilling the T, but I want to remind you that when you spill

T, it leaves stains.

I was like, no more real advice have ever been given by a mom.

There you go.

Okay.

Now I understand it's really easy to fill discourage when you create a post and then

nobody responds.

I get it.

I've been there.

I got the t-shirt.

In fact, it was my own real discouragement that led me to discover a reliable caption formula.

In this formula, it's proven to generate engagement every time and the good news is that it's
