There are many ways to generate new real estate business, but your Center-Of-Influence (COI), is definitely one of the big ones. Unfortunately, as students of certain coaches (who shall remain nameless) have learned the hard way, unless you're constantly working to expand that COI, then you're going to run out of leads - and if that's the basis of your sales, then you're in deep trouble (and it's also the reason for high-turnover in real estate body shops).
