Now, you oldies are going to roll your eyes and be like, we've been doing this for years.

But you have to keep in mind, Sierra is probably a very young millennial or she's a very old.

So what it is, an analog bag, is it's a bag that you take with you full of non-digital activities.

So for her, she takes it when she has to wait at the doctor's office or go on the subway.

She has crossword books, portable watercolor set, a planner, and knitting supplies.

Oh, wow. She said she wants to spend more time off her phone.

And this is the way that she's getting it done.

And it turns out that psychologists are saying this actually does work.
