Do you remember that campaign back in the 80s your life on drugs or your brain it was actually your brain on drugs and one of the commercials your brain on drugs they had a frying pan that was really

superheated and they cracked an egg and it hit the frying pan and

it was just you know all bubbling and stuff and that was a huge campaign I do believe it was part of the

just say no campaign of Nancy Reagan, I think it was.

But your brain on drugs.

And it was quite a movement, by the way, it's quite a successful movement at its time.

And I want you to think about in this little mini series of these verses your life on faith.

life on faith.

What does that look like?

What's gonna be the telling tale of your life on faith according to the scriptures.

And so I'll read through, you can follow with me

and that is Hebrew 11, verse 20,

he says by faith, Isaac, blessed Jacob and Esau concerning things to come.

By faith, Jacob, when he was dying, blessed each of the sons of Joseph and worship leaning on top of his staff.

V verse 22 by faith Joseph when he was dying made mention of the departure of the children of Israel

and gave instructions concerning his bones.

By faith Moses when he was born was hidden three months by his parents

because they saw that he was a beautiful child and they were not afraid of the

king or Pharaoh's command.

By faith, Moses, when he became of age, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter,

and choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of

God than to enjoy the passing pleasures of sin.
