My friends, if you're in Self-Coaching Society, we did this last week and it was so powerful.

I see so many shifts, lightbulb moments, aha moments, breakthroughs whenever I've done this exercise in the past.

And my friend, it is called the Wheel of Life. Have you

heard of the Wheel of Life? It varies a little bit based on different books, different diagrams,

different teachers over the years. But essentially what it does is it breaks your life up into

segments, allowing you to rate each segment and see what

might need a little bit of love and attention. This is not to judge, it's not to shame, it's not to

criticize. This is only positive and loving. The reason that we love life is so powerful is it's so easy just to go

through life thinking all I need is to be financially secure or all I need is to be in a really

great relationship. And then we either dismiss and overlook what's really working or we abandon

and neglect parts of ourselves that really matter. It's really easy just to focus on

one or two things and either overlook all the wonderful things you already have in your life

or completely neglect what else it might be that you need to focus on that can add to your full

gorgeous life experience. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to read out each of the

eight segments. And what you can do, my friends, is you can pause me, right, do this in your own time.

Or maybe you can even do it kind of quickly. Maybe you can give it a quick gut instinct rating.

Because when you observe these eight different segments and you realize
