0:09.6	My friends, this year so far, 2025, I have been knee-deep in research around phone addiction,
0:19.9	social media addiction, tech addiction, and saying addiction is not
0:25.0	too harsh or serious. I've got to say, I've noticed it's been a problem in the last few years,
0:34.9	for me personally. It might be the only thing my husband and I
0:39.3	he'd fight about. We're like, oh, you're on your phone. He's like, you're on your phone.
0:44.1	We both try and be a bit self-righteous about it, saying the other person is on their phone,
0:49.7	whereas it's both of us. And look, I don't have to tell you, right, go to any restaurant,

0:55.0	any form of public transport, anywhere, and you will see everyone with their eyes down,
1:01.5	looking down at their devices. And my friends, I'm sick of it. I'm taking a really hard line on
1:08.0	this. And I have drastically reduced my tech use in, so far this

1:16.9	And I can't tell you how free I feel.
1:19.3	I feel more creative.
1:20.7	I feel more relaxed.
