0:10.1	our inner child. And you may be super sophisticated and you did the workshops and you've done
0:15.9	the therapy and you're like, what inner child? But let me tell you, it is the work. It's the ongoing stuff.
0:23.5	Good childhood, difficult childhood, doesn't matter. Every one of us has a subconsciousness,
0:30.7	an unconscious part of ourselves, also known as our unhealed stuff, also known as inner child, that needs to be tended to
0:41.1	for us to be strong, clear-minded, and healthy. And that tending to requires consciousness,
0:51.8	gentleness, loving kindness,
0:55.1	and ultimately not abandoning
0:58.7	the parts of ourselves
1:00.8	that can really feel like a hassle sometimes
