Aren't we all just swamped?

With spiritual self-help, fix this mental health, nervous system,

synchronicity to inflame it's beautiful that we have such easy access to so many healing modalities holistic

spiritual religious physical you name it it's out there on TikTok. But it's overwhelming,

right? And I really, I'm always going to be a spiritual person. I will always look for spirit

animals. I will always use my Oracle cards. I will always smile when I see a synchronicity such as a feather or a repeating number.

But I'm in this phase of where I'm clamming up.

And I'm going to keep that practice to myself because I think when it's open and I pretend like I'm just the guru of it all,

it becomes tainted for both myself and the people listening.

It's, I don't know, there's a time and a place for it, and we need teachers of it because that's how I learned it.

like she's probably not considering herself a spiritual teacher,

but she played such a role in my spiritual journey.

But if I had to tell you guys,

because I know I'm a storyteller, I'm not a coach, I'm not a guru,

I'm not a mentor, I'm a storyteller, I'm not a coach. I'm not a guru. I'm not a mentor. I'm a storyteller who just has a

really deep thirst for psychology. But if I had to just summarize up all of the healing tools that I have

experienced in my personal life, professional life, and give you my opinion.
