| 0:49.0 | I'm going to talk about that, okay? It is a daily boost from motivation to move.com, the positive boost you need every single day because why is it? |
| 0:57.0 | Oh, it's every day since 2006, I have gotten out of bed and said, okay, let's see what I can do to drag myself to get what I want in life to make my life what I wanted to be. |
| 1:05.0 | Usually, I just figure out what that is first. And once I figure that out, I really believe it and go after it. And then as we grow, and we change in our seasons of our life, there are different things that we want to do, and I just want to get up every single day and say, okay, here I am now, how do I make it happen? |

| 2:09.0 | And he said, well, how can I really build that a little bit more? And how can I really understand that? |
| 2:13.0 | I said, well, you know, I'm always asking this question. How do I want to feel? And the advanced version is how do you want them to feel? |
| 2:18.0 | So all you have to do today is in any situation you get in, go into a meeting, go into the beach, go into a restaurant, meet up with your kids or your wife or somebody. |
| 2:26.0 | It doesn't really matter what it is. But if you'll pause for just 30 seconds and think, okay, how do I want to feel during this experience? |
| 2:32.0 | And how would I like to feel when I'm done with it? It'll change how you do things. It will. And more importantly, this is a really good place of service. |
