I've been walking for fitness since 2013, averaging about 21,000 steps a day.

So it's right in front of this wooded trail that I will be walking through in a moment.

There's a stream and on the other side of the stream is a beaver, not really a dam because

it's not blocking the stream, it's off to the side, kind of a crevice in a small hill on the other side of the stream.

And sometimes I like just kind of standing here and seeing if there are any beavers that are active.

And there was one just a moment ago, and he has slipped under the water, so I'm not entirely sure where he went and how long

he can stay underwater but there was some beaver activity it's kind of fun to watch that

all right let's get moving Shelby Sacco is a TikTok social media star. I think she's got hundreds of thousands of

followers. Some of her videos on TikTok are into the millions of views. Shelby is 25 years old and her fitness story is one of transformation from inactivity and carrying too much weight to activity, changes in nutrition, and she has now lost weight and is moving quite a bit.

The story that I read in the media, Shelby says she started walking and eventually realized she loves strength training.
