(2:00) Dr. Fung explains what fasting is and how CICO (calories in, calories out) is an epic disaster. Weight loss isn't about calories, it's about hormones like insulin and allowing your cells to work. Vinnie asks Dr. Fung about thermodynamics and CICO.
