Hi, beauties and welcome back to our Thursday Q&A podcast. Our topic this week is your energy out with the old and in with the new.

And I'm sure that you're feeling the high vibe still hopefully of New Year's.

There is so much buzz around New Year, New You,

which I always think is sort of a funny term because you know we are who we are but

this newness feeling comes from just peeling away the layers and getting rid of

you know it's like dusting almost like getting rid of, you know, it's like dusting almost like getting rid of this old

energy that can stagnate whether it's in our bodies and our GI tracks in our

homes in our relationships.
