and planning adjacent.

0:17.1

Today, I have a treat for you because it is time to start thinking a little bit about

0:22.6

reflection season and celebration season. And that includes planning the holidays.

1:23.7

favorite ways to ensure that she really gets to experience things within the month of

1:28.7

December that bring her joy and that are important to her without experiencing the undue

1:33.5

stress of trying to cram in too many things. And I think really the takeaway here is that we want

1:38.6

to prepare and leave enough space so that when we're having these enjoyable things, they don't

1:43.7

feel like chores, they don't feel like burdens.

1:45.7
