| 0:55.1 | boredom. And anytime we're in lack, lack feels bad, we're out of flow. And so when we are in fear, |

| 1:07.0 | it. It just takes one thought to take us out of flow or one thought to bring us back |
| 1:11.6 | into flow. It's so interesting to me how I feel like I have got multiple growth paths going |
| 1:17.7 | and they're all aligned but sometimes it's a different focus. Like my spiritual path is really |
| 1:23.0 | important to me and it's always evolving. My productivity path is really important to me, just general self-development. |
| 1:29.6 | But it's interesting how no matter which path I'm on, how many times it comes back to judgment |
| 1:36.0 | being the thing that takes you out of where you're trying to go. Well, there's a whole graph that I |
| 1:41.5 | have in my new book called The Flow Factor. And in that, it really shows that, you know, flow happens when you're in compassion or higher. |
