I just want to give you just a little insight to my backstory.

I have had weight issues my entire life, pretty much ever since elementary school on up

gaining weight, trying to lose weight even as a teen, diet cycling, yo-yo cycling, binge

eating, weight going up, weight going down, losing gaining.

And then finally when I turned 30 at pushing 300 pounds and getting pregnant, I decided

that I wanted to do something different.

I was tired of gaining and losing, going on drastic diets, creating a really horrible

binge behavior cycle, and just wanted to focus on changing my habits.

I was head and have a baby.

I wanted my life to be different.

I wanted his life to be positively affected.

And so I really did a mental shift where I stopped focusing on the outcomes, how fast

I could get to my goal weight just to then implode on myself.

I realized my binge eating issues were really what was kind of causing a majority of the

problem and why I was getting to be so heavy.

And I decided to go with a different mental approach.
