2022. This is the first official podcast of the new year. We are going into year

five of style your mind and I just want to take a moment and just thank you

so much for being here, for joining me, for hanging with me, for loving this

podcast, for sharing this podcast and just being a part of this community. I am

so grateful. We have like over eight million unique downloads at this point. We've

been around for five years. This podcast has been featured in Forbes and so many

other places and it is just such an honor to show up for you and to be here for

you and to guide you. I wanted to come on today and share a quote with you to kick

off this episode that I saw and it was so powerful and it is everything I'm

feeling right now, everything I'm teaching, talking about, embodying. It's a

quote by Steve Mariboli and he says a lot of the conflict you have in your life

exists simply because you're not living in alignment. You're not being true

to yourself. That hit me like a ton of bricks because I can't even begin to

express to you guys how full of gratitude I've been feeling lately. Like I am

entering this year in the most raw, vulnerable, grateful, loving, like just

beautiful, beautiful space. And I've been doing a lot of thinking about inner
