Hello, welcome back to my podcast. I hope you're well. I haven't actually recorded in my little studio for so long. I do just have one in my house, but I forget how much I've missed being here.

Obviously I went to Australia for five weeks, so I was recording on like my travel mic and I haven't sat down and recorded one in a while here. So I'm very excited.

And I'm aware I didn't post one last week. Naturally as life goes,

sometimes there's busier periods in my life. And getting a podcast out is harder for me just

in terms of like workload and stuff. But it is one of my biggest priorities because it's

my favorite thing to do out of everything. and it's why I post on TikTok and

Instagram is to basically like grab people and try get them to listening to my podcast and stuff

and so I actually have an episode today that a lot of people will benefit from or learn something

from because I feel like we all go

through it in different ways and it is about this whole all or nothing concept and naturally in life

you go through a journey of figuring it out more and more every year every month in your own little

way and I'm sure if you think back to yourself in like two years ago, you were like,

whoa, like I've already grown, but then you can recognize that there's probably

few more areas that, you know, you can work on or, you know, be kinder to yourself on.

And as I said, it's going to be for everyone, maybe speaking to you guys who are more on the all side, right?

Like always doing lots of things, struggling to take rest in work, in potentially exercise,

in rest, in productivity.

And then maybe to some other people who feel like they can't even stop because they're

at the nothing side in some areas of their life. And like they can't even start because they're at the nothing side

in some areas of their life and because they can't see themselves doing all, they don't do anything.

And then also just people who are in that middle stage of figuring it out, I just thought

it would be helpful if I share some of my thoughts and stuff as it is inside and is mine.
