I know that I've like talked about this previously because I've been

going through well you're always going through stuff I guess but I've been a

lot more aware of it this year because I have definitely had my situations

involving it and I think this year I was really presented with what I had

going on and my stuff and I feel like it's so nice, like, so

nice to be able to come to a place where I have noticed a lot of growth and a lot of mindset shifts.

myself was really struggling with things and I genuinely didn't know at the time how I would get out of you know the stuff I was going

through I didn't even know that there was like not a solution like I knew in my head things would

hopefully get better with how I dealt with things and how I perceived things and the way that I

was struggling but like I didn't know that I'd really be able to feel in a good

place now. And so this podcast is almost for that 21 year old who was going through stuff
