The theme today is five, and I'm going to answer the top five most popular questions that I get over and over.

But before I start that, I want to give you five daily reminders.

So I've been posting five reminders on Instagram, just writing five things to remind people of because I really believe in this idea of bringing therapy or self-help to street level.

Just quick in a shot class, which I've been trying to do since 2010.

And that's why my episodes are, unless there's a guest, my episodes are like, you know, 15 minutes.
