Joy comes in the morning.

Wherever you find yourself today, morning, afternoon, or evening, joy can come to you.

Joy can arrive at your door.

Today we're going to pray and declare joy over our lives.

Joy comes from Jesus so you don't have to muster this up on your own strength.

Jesus, we ask that you give us joy today.

It says in Psalms 30, verse 5, weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning. I'm not sure what you've been

enduring, not sure what life has been lifing, not sure what pain and discomfort you have been walking

through. I do know every storm runs out of rain. Seasons can change, and it can be

mourning for you, and joy can come find you. Joy is not external, it's internal. And joy comes from

Jesus. Joy is supernatural.

Joy is given by God, and it's not based on our circumstances and emotions.

If you've been weeping, I'm praying that joy finds you today.

Take a moment and ask Jesus to give you joy today. Real joy that's not based on your circumstance.

Take a moment to do this. There is another scripture in Hebrews 122 that says,

For the joy that was set before him, Jesus, he endured.

Jesus set joy before him, so he would endure what he was asked to do. In fact, we were the joy that

was set before him. Jesus knew that he went through all this pain so he could redeem us.

Jesus faced all types of stress, loneliness, isolation, rejection.

Family and friends, they abandoned him.

He had some horrific trauma, and then he laid down his life.

Yet he endured. And I know life is real. Pain is real.
