basically aspirate to death one night no lie I had for some reason you know you crave

So I ate like this I was like we're going to go get Mexican and probably ate like my weight and chips and sauce.

reached over to Bill and I was like I couldn't speak and I was like I'm gonna this is

how I die. Like this is how I'm going down. So then I literally had to like

get up and put 15 pillows behind me in between my legs and I was just crying. I'm like I need sleep because I knew what post-partum period was coming and I was like this is so unfair.
