for educational purposes only. Always seek a

professional for your mental health and well-being. And I want to talk about a couple of things

on this show. And one of them is that you will never ever be good enough. I promise I won't

leave you there. You'll never ever be good enough for a manipulative or controlling person.

Never.

If you know someone in your life that's manipulative or controlling, emotionally abusive,

psychologically abusive, any of the above or all of the above,

you'll never be good enough.

Everything you do will not be enough.

You might find little moments where they're satisfied, but most of the time they will not be satisfied. And even if you were to figure out

exactly what they wanted and what they needed. And then you fulfill those needs.

You would find yourself trying to fulfill more of their needs because they're going to come up with more things for you to do to make them happy.

And so you will never, ever be good enough.

You'll never be smart enough. You'll never be good enough you'll never be smart enough you'll never be attractive enough

you'll never be able to satisfy them because you can't it's impossible your

journey to try to satisfy someone who cannot be satisfied, the person who will always find something

wrong with what you're doing or how you're showing up. You will never be able to fulfill their
