| 1:17.8 | Unfortunately, they are often treated as such and spent less mindfully than other hours, |
| 1:22.6 | which means they may not be spent on things we'd choose if we put more thought into it. |
| 1:29.5 | So here's a number to think about. There are 60 hours between 6 p.m. Friday and 6 a.m. Monday. If quitting time is |
| 1:37.9 | earlier for you on Friday, then you have a few more hours. If you wake up later on Monday, |
| 1:43.8 | well, we can stretch the calculations there too. |
| 1:47.0 | Now, some of those 60 hours are spent to sleep, of course, but let's say you get eight hours of sleep a night on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. |
