Good morning.

God morning to you. Close that body's eyes and fold its hands in prayer

and fill the real prayer in its heart before the words even sound.

Holy Spirit, teach me to transcend my feelings and to rise up into you.

Teach me to transcend this mind, this body and to rise up into you, into love.

Rumi said, I want your son. He wrote it as you in, but I read it so in to reach my raindrops

so your heat can raise my soul upward like a cloud. So I can vanish. Say that word like a mantra

vanish and open that body's eyes while you say it again and see if you can fill into what I'm

getting at. That body is still there. Thoughts may still be there, sensations are still there

that's all the body is, but when you say, when you hear, vanish, you vanish. Leave that scene

as it is and see if you can fill into that. Be there without being a shape,

without being a color, without being a form, without being a part of the appearance.

Be there is what's aware of the appearance. Say it again, vanish. Remember when you become

nothing, you become everything. I'm a said from a beggar. God lifts you to the status of the emperor

of the universe. From a mere receiver, he makes you a giver. Lift that body up, sit it up,

straighter, taller, sit it on its throne. You're the throne, the throne is love.
