It's Friday.

Oh my gosh, the weekend is, it feels like the first kind of like weekend that you can be like, it's the weekend. I don't know, maybe last weekend felt that way too.

But I am going to relax this weekend. I hope you get a chance to. It's been a long day again.

Today was not a lot to show for it

at the end of the day though.

Podcast, a past life regression session. I told you guys about that that when Anya was on the

show the other day I told you I was going to go talk to a guy about past life regressionism. I don't know if that's the name of it, but it's a type of therapy where you go back in your past lives and your future lives and you figure out things. And I don't believe any of it,

to be real honest with you. However, I am open to new experiences. This guy approached me after

hearing me. I was reminded of how he knew of me. He wrote me in my dams. I said, oh yeah, yeah, I'll check this this out you offered me a free session.

He saw me on Bill Maher and on Bill Maher I was talking about how I was running my

own kind of Zoom not Zoom goop lab in my parents place where I'm just like trying any kind of therapy that

you know I'll do whatever I was doing I did breath work which is where you just

hyperventilate until you start fucking hallucinating because your body thinks it's dying.

And then I did hypnosis,

which I didn't talk about on any platform.

I haven't even talked about it yet

because I don't know that I've processed it, but I really was just trying to get hypnotized to like help me with a couple specific things. And I don't know if anyone here has ever done hypnotism,

but it was not what I thought it was going to be.

And I think it might be this way.
