I hope you're having a good day out there today.

I am in the car on my way to my psychiatrist appointment. It's the second time I'm seeing this dude. The first time was when I got prescribed meds that have made me feel like a new person.

I feel like I kind of got my life back. Just feeling so much better.

If you've been listening to the podcast recently, you know that.

If you've been listening long enough, you know I came from some bad places.

And I just want to say thank you all for listening and

being there with me along this way and not giving up. I'm sure I lost some of you

along the way. I got some feedback that it was like, okay, we've heard

enough of you spiraling. I was thinking of changing the name of the show to

spiraling with Nicky Glazer, which would also work for the new podcast I'm starting where I just take I do I

spiralize veggies and make low-carb fake pasta with different zucchini's so check out that

podcast it's just me in my kitchen putting zucchini's and spaghetti

squashes well I guess you don't have to spiralize the spaghetti squash that would be redundant.

You get what I'm saying.
