0:10.6	I've kind of been wishy-washy about how often I'm going to be doing this and when I'm
0:16.4	doing it and my plan is to have a podcast for you every single day of the quarantine until
0:24.2	things are lifted at least a 20-minute or you know 18-minute I think I did yesterday podcast.
