I had a really good one.

I'm feeling great today. I hope you're feeling good too. You know though,

everyone's not really feeling that good right now. I have been reached out to by

hundreds and hundreds of people since my Joe Rogan appearance.

And just telling me how me talking about my depression has helped them so much and of course I've always

and you guys have kind of,

if you've been listening to the show long enough,

even if you've been listening to the show for like three weeks.

You've been through it with me and I've gotten a lot of feedback from you

and it always makes me feel so good.

But man, the windfall I've gotten from the Rogan appearance of just people saying that it made them feel less alone, they felt

suicidal ideations, they felt feelings of worthlessness.

I don't even remember what I said on his show and I'm reluctant to go back and watch because

I don't like to watch myself, but whatever I said on his show and I'm reluctant to go back and watch because I don't like to watch myself, but whatever I said really resonated and let me just tell you all if you related to me or have ever related to me about depression, there's hundreds and hundreds and thousands of us.

Everyone's going through it. I heard from so many friends who are going through it that I didn't even know about.

I have so many friends who are getting on antidepressants right now and it's not because they heard I was getting on them and they kind of reached out to me being like, hey, I heard you talking about it and like it's so weird I just got on something too.'m going to pick it up now I talked to someone
