It's a hit of pod.

I'm Nicky Glazer.

It's Tuesday and, uh, man man I feel like pretty good actually. I have been on a walk today. I have meditated. I listen to a podcast about meditation before that. I had an hour and a half

long phone call with my best friend Anya. That was so fun. So I'm

feeling pretty good. I don't mean to brag. Maybe you're not feeling good and

the last thing you want to hear is about how someone's getting stuff done.

But let me just remind you that there are so many things that I'm still not getting done that I

need to get done.

So so so so so, many.

And I'm probably lay my head upon a pillow tonight

with regrets about how I spent my time today

and how I should have done this and I could have done that,

but I didn't do that.

So if you're feeling that way, you're not alone.

I'm sure you're getting things done that you don't even realize.

And that's the thing.

I'm trying to celebrate the things that I do get done because honestly

having a phone call with my friend is not getting anything done but it is because

that's I get to enjoy my life I think that so much of my time I just think I have to work work work work work and it's like you only get to enjoy life when you're like on vacation like that's it's set aside and that that means that no work can get into that zone and everything's so
