I'm so excited to be back for a solo episode.

I feel like it's been over a month for some reason.

I don't know why it just feels like it's been a really long time.

I came straight from acupuncture because my neck was

literally broken this whole weekend. I don't know what happened. I was opening a package and

somehow my neck went out. And I've been counting down the second still I went to acupuncture.

And so, you know, when you lay there on the thing and you get like a really dark line on your face, that's what happened to me.

Like, I really laid into it. And now it just looks like I really need Botox. So, you know, that's what it is. I don't need Botox. Well, you know what? I probably do need Botox. I'll probably have to get some next month. But anyway, that's what the line is.

So we have a lot of things to cover today. We are doing kind of like a Q&A to start. And then I had

asked you guys, your quotes or pieces of advice that you would say at the end of episode, if you

were on. And I went through them and some of them were like not that great.

And some of them were amazing. And so I compiled the list of the amazing ones and I'm really

excited to share them with you. And then if we have time, I want to go over some poll questions.
