0:07.0	I would like to speak to you today about a statement that probably you make unconsciously day after day after day time and time again that's actually inaccurate.
0:22.0	And I mean, can you guess what it may be?
0:25.0	Can you guess the lie that you tell yourself and others,
0:28.0	day after day after day, multiple times a day.
0:31.0	I know it's very hard to guess, but it's this. Okay? And beware, it's
0:36.7	very sneaky, it takes our power and it's simply a lie. It's this statement.
0:44.0	I have to. Hmm. You may be thinking.
0:49.0	No, but I have to work out. I have to go to work.
0:52.0	I have to do the dishes, I have to call that person back. This is not shying away from our
1:00.9	responsibilities, but it's understanding shying away from our responsibilities.
1:03.6	But it's understanding that as humans,
1:06.3	we are very, very powerful.
1:09.3	We have so much more free will than we are willing to understand sometimes.
1:16.8	With the exception of, yeah, you have to do your taxes
1:19.2	and you have to take care of a child if you're a parent or a guardian.
1:28.8	So much else has been designed by us in our lives and it's actually optional. So think about that. I have to work out. Well you might enjoy the benefits of working out but if you don't work out today and you pay a late fee no one's going to come and arrest you.
1:40.0	If you don't call that person back, yeah, they may be a bit disappointed, but again, no one's
1:46.1	going to come and arrest you. If you say, you know, I have to go to work today, and for some reason
1:51.7	you don't, no one's going to come and arrest you. If you say you know I have to I have to you know
1:58.8	make dinner and you don't no one's going to come and arrest you.
2:05.0	We use this statement, I have to all the time and believe it or not, it creates a lot of stress
