Eckart to say that the foundation of attracting all abundance is realizing how much you already have.

When we realize when we can see, when we can focus and put our attention on what we already have,

the abundance that we already possess, this is the ultimate foundation for attracting more.

And you might think, oh, but I don't have that much.

I'm having a bad year.

I haven't had a raise in two or three years or my business it's just

you know the last couple of months have really been a slog nothing is working.

Or maybe this or maybe that or maybe the market or maybe this loss or maybe that

surprise maybe that bill I get it right we're very much all in reality here

together so I want to think almost a little bigger than just our financial situation, right?

Or the year that we're having or the month or what's happening in our work or what's happening with the money that's coming in or isn't coming in.

What if I said to you today I'll give you a million dollars but give me your arm. Would you do that? Would you?

Hey I'll give you a million bucks right now, He's a check but I want your right arm just give me that?

Fair exchange? I'm guessing you would say no

What if I said, okay, fine, keep your arm. I'll give you a million dollars, but for the rest of your life,

every day you're going to feel really, really sick. You're just going to be like really, really, really sick. You're not going to want to get out of bed. You're going to feel too weak. But that's a fair exchange, right? Let's just, let's just get it done.

I'm guessing I'd think, well, I'll hold on to my arm thanks and

I'll hold on to my health.

What if I said, you know, I'll give you a million bucks, but your marriage is going to end,

you're going to lose all of your friends, and you actually can't speak your family anymore.

Let's just, we've got to cut them all off as of right this second.
