So I've noticed recently a theme in the media that has me curious, and so I did a little bit of research and sure enough, apparently you and I are part of a pretty big trend right now.

So the theme that I've been seeing in the media is that walking is having a moment, that the interest in walking is pretty trendy right now.

And in fact, I think that that trendiness is going to be increasing in the next few weeks for a very specific reason that I'll talk about towards the end of today's episode.

But I wanted to know, I did some research, asked the question, so is walking trendy right now?

So last year, this is based on search interest,
