Summary

Please click HERE to fill out our listener survey It's the beginning of a New Year! And at the start of every year, I think it's so important that we take the time to do a check in and ask ourselves how we're REALLY doing. Are You Really OK? Over the month of January, we're taking the time to check in on our emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical health - and learn how they all work together. Healing is holistic, and we can't fixate on one aspect of health all while neglecting the others. Join us on this five-week journey of CHECKING IN...and coming up with a plan for how we're going to thrive and get healthy this coming year. If you haven't yet, grab yourself a copy of my book Are You Really OK? and read along with us as we go through these four important areas of health! And maybe you'll find out that you're not as healthy as you think you are - and it's time to do something about it. Today we're talking about the Better Than Average Effect, a social experiment that shows us we often have a tendency to think that we're doing better than we actually are, and how to have a more accurate view of ourselves.
