No, absolutely.

So a couple of things is, you know, scale, right? Scale to get to seven million dials isn't easy. Okay. Right. We all want to grow our businesses, but every time we grow it, it comes with pain. So the first thing is getting there scaling, right? So the first thing we have to do is we have to worry about spam calls. The first thing that comes to mind.

It's the first thing I learned. Well, if our phone number gets flagged to spam, what does seven million calls matter? It's just a vanity number at that point, right? It's really more about conversations. Yeah. That's a great place to go next, which is like now we're talking about how many people answered the phone. You know, I did a campaign. got a list skip trace through prop stream sent it over to us 4% contact rate right he goes Nick

what's going on I said where did you get a skip trace from props stream okay well I haven't seen

anything that bad come from prop stream before you know it might be a little bit lower nothing

noticeable I said okay why don't we skip trace it We average 7 to 12%. That's the sweet spot. Right. Seven percent should be the low end. The minimum. I agree. Anything below seven, you're in a questionable, I call that questionable. Seven percent or lower is questionable. Well, it's usually one of two things, right? It's usually you have a bad caller

ID number that's popping up or just getting blocked completely. Or you are, you're calling bad data.

You have bad skip tracing. Or there is a third, which is huge metro areas I've learned.

The thing that we, first of all, we have our own competitors, real estate on real estate, but I used to live in Phoenix. Right. Everyone fucking called me. AT&T called me. Asked me if I want to get a cell phone. Direct TV called me. Right? The windshield repair guy, Cole calls me out here. So the other thing you're also, we're competing with too,
