If you're drafting your fantasy football team based on hype, you're doing it wrong.

Because the rookies that everyone is talking about this year aren't the ones you should be drafted.

I know that sounds crazy, but today we're diving into five rookies who are better values, found better

team fits, and are actually going to help you win fantasy in 2025.

And let's start with RJ Harvey of the Denver Broncos, their second round running back pick,

likely to be as of right now the starter on this team.

But here's the deal. I'm seeing him more often than not in almost every single draft

that I'm going in right now, going after Caleb Johnson, the Steelers third round pick and drafts,

and that's a mistake. Like Caleb Johnson looks good as well, but let's not forget if we're choosing

between the two, RJ Harvey. You can see right here on the team changes page in the blueprint. He's the second round pick. He got second round draft capital on a depth chart, mind you, on a depth chart that looks like this.

Joliel McLaughlin and Audrick Estimate were the only two guys who were involved in this

offense last year. Javante Williams has gone. And those guys, neither of them top 500 rushing yards

in the season. I would bet a lot of money that Julele McLaughlin doesn't do that this year, and I would bet a decent amount that Audrick Estimate doesn't either. Meanwhile, R.J. Harvey

comes in with by far the most in team investment for this current organization and even the

past ones in the backfield. Audrake Esme has to be a fifth round pick, Julianne McLaughlin

undrafted, and this is his production profile, way better than those other guys. 1,400 rushing yards in 2023, almost 1,600 in 2024.

And at that exact same time, he's contributing as a passer with 20 plus receptions per year

on average.

He's scoring 22 touchdowns.

He's averaging nearly 7 yards per carry last year alone.

And he's not just a consistent player in terms of production.

He's also explosive.
