0:12.8	So my question is, I am saving for a house right now.
0:19.4	And I have some other debts that I believe are healthy debts that I'm wondering if I should
0:28.4	pay off before, you know, saving and saving up money for the house.
0:36.4	To elaborate on that a little bit, just some things here.
0:41.0	Right now, I am saving 25% of every paycheck.

0:51.7	So the debt that I have is I owe $36,000 on my car and then I have a mortgage for a
1:03.5	condominium that comes to about 900. Now the mortgage, I'm not living there.
1:12.1	I'm renting that out.
1:14.5	And, you know, the tenant lives there.
1:17.0	And, you know, that was my first little property.
1:19.2	Now I'm living with my fiance at her condo.
1:21.7	And my car payment is $7.75 a month.
1:27.1	However, the interest rate on that is 1.99. And as far as finances go, I have about a solid
1:40.9	three months of living expenses in my bank account.
1:46.0	What do you make?
1:47.0	My salary from my job is $100,000 a year, and then I do make rental income from my condo.
