It passed, but it took like a few hours. Like I finally felt better in the afternoon. But I don't know what that was. Yeah. So you're not feeling that today though. You're not feeling the shakes and no, but that was, freaky yeah like it kind of reminded me it kind of it was like a panic attack without the panic part
