0:38.1	She had three clinics and was a single mom and supported me and my sister for the
0:43.9	majority of our life.
0:45.3	And as an adult, we had mutual respect for our business decisions.
0:53.0	And five years ago, she sold her clinics or her interest in them
0:59.7	and her home to move in with her long-term fiancé. And she took those proceedings and made his
1:07.7	dream happen of opening up the diner.
1:17.1	And they did that at a somewhat opportune time where other diners were liquidating their equipment.
1:21.8	They were able to purchase that and it's been very successful over the last five years.
1:29.2	However, as the diner got stronger, their relationship got weaker, and they broke off the engagement,
1:31.5	and she moved out earlier this year.
1:38.5	He then bought out her interest in the diner, but not directly, not in one month's home.
1:48.0	He is paying in monthly installments, and her investment there was about half of her profits from the sale of the business and the home. And at this point, it's going to take another 15 years to recoup that.
1:53.8	So it's coming down to this point. How does this affect you? Well, we've been in a family
1:59.0	dynamic where we go on vacations together.
