Romans 15:26–29 - [26] For Macedonia and Achaia have been pleased to make some contribution for the poor among the saints at Jerusalem. [27] For they were pleased to do it, and indeed they owe it to them. For if the Gentiles have come to share in their spiritual blessings, they ought also to be of service to them in material blessings. [28] When therefore I have completed this and have delivered to them what has been collected, I will leave for Spain by way of you. [29] I know that when I come to you I will come in the fullness of the blessing of Christ. (ESV)

1:15.1	We're going to understand what Paul means by that in a moment. But first, let's pray together
1:19.2	that God will be our teacher. Our Father, we ask you to teach us from this situation in the life
1:25.7	of the Apostle Paul, how we are to think about those
1:30.0	who have contributed to our spiritual growth. We ask it in Jesus' name. Amen. Okay, Romans 15, 26 through
1:39.3	29, the Apostle Paul has been talking about his own life and the things that are happening in his day
1:45.5	today at the time he's writing this letter. Now, he just mentioned that he is on the way to Jerusalem
1:52.3	to provide some relief for the saints there. Now, historically, we know there was a famine going on
1:59.5	in that region, and he's on his way there
2:01.9	to take a gift for them, to bring some actual physical relief to them. And here in 26, he continues
