On this episode of the Dr. Tina Show, The Quick and Dirty, I'm going to be doing a brief episode all about why I love stairs.

0:16.7

I know. You're probably saying, what does that have to do with anything? I freaking love going upstairs and I love going up hills.

0:23.6

It's something that I have loved for years and years.

0:26.6

Given the opportunity, I will climb stairs any day.

1:22.0

And I used to go to a place called Mount Tabor in Portland.

1:25.5

And I would climb the stairs at Mount Tabor. I'd put on some

1:28.5

music and I'd take the stairs. And I did this over and over and over until I had thoroughly exhausted

1:33.7
