podcasts that I think you would like. So today, I'm sharing a recent conversation from a great show

called ADHD AHA. ADHD AHA is hosted by Laura Key, who is diagnosed with ADHD as an adult.

The show features candid conversations from other people who were diagnosed with ADHD

and about how their symptoms impact their lives. In every episode, you'll hear real,

relatable stories from other people navigating this path. So if you or a loved one has ADHD,

you might see that diagnosis through a new lens. I know that there are so many of us who

discovered our own neurodivergence because of our kids' journey. And that's what I love most about

this show. It normalizes this whole process and helps other people navigating it integrate and

When I was 14, I was like,

mom, something's wrong with me. Can I get evaluated? I know my brother got an evaluation.

Like, his difference got a name and it got a treatment. And she said, oh, well, your grades are good enough. I don't really see what the point in getting you evaluated would be. And I don't want to

throw too much shade in my mom here because my mom was doing the best she could. What I found out

years later, she had an ADHD diagnosis and she was taking stimulants the whole time.
