Hello, my friends, and welcome back to the Morning Mindset.

I want to say welcome to those of you in Croatia.

Those of you in Romania, those of you in Norway, those of you in Afghanistan, there are people

all over the world listening to the Morning Mindset.

And I want to thank you for being with me today.

We are coming together to align our minds with the truth of God.

When we do that by examining the Scriptures today, we are diving into Romans chapter 15.

Romans 15 verses 1 through 4 is what we are going to be looking at.

Let's dig right in.

The Apostle Paul writes this,

We who are strong have an obligation to bear with the failings of the weak and not to

please ourselves.

Let each of us please his neighbor for his good to build him up.

For Christ did not please himself.

But as it is written, the reproaches of those who reproached you fell on me.

For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction.

That through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.

Now the Apostle Paul is just coming off of this section of talking about meat that had

been sacrificed to idols and how some weaker Christians, those weaker in their faith

or newer in their faith, may have had qualms about eating meat that they knew had been

used in a sacrifice to an idol.

While those who perhaps were more mature in their faith understood the meat if it's received
