My friends, here is a surefire way to know that your ego is running the show, not your inner being, not the real, eternal, beautiful, perfect, worthy, loving you, but your ego,

which I refer to as a scared child. My friends, your ego is driving the car, steering the ship,

it's in charge whenever you are in a rush. Now, I don't mean a rush like got to catch a plane or got to pick the kids up

or got to purchase that thing before the sale ends. Look, we've got to be speedy. We have to make haste. I get

it. I like to move quickly myself in all areas. But I mean on a grander scale. What's the rush? Really, what's the rush? Can you enjoy the unfolding?

In fact, I want to read you today an email that came through from Abraham Hicks. It was so, so, so

powerful. And I thought, got to read this on the pod. Here's what Abraham Hicks has to say. Before the contrast and before the

summoning and before the answering of source energy, the universe was less. Before we were here,

frankly, it was less. So rather than thinking in terms of time, think in terms of expansion. And then you'll

understand time in the way we understand it, we being Abraham Hicks infinite intelligence.

We never think about how long anything takes. We're just enjoying the expansion. And so, R now is always powerful in our anticipation of what is

becoming. So just say I'm working on a book, which I am, and look, I do feel this urgency to

release it. Is it about the release date? Does it matter if it's

January or March? Does it matter if it's on Valentine's Day or if it's in the summer? Think about

the grand scheme of life. I feel in a rush, meaning my ego is telling me, chop, chop, hurry up,

you're going to miss the boat. There's a scarcity around the speed. The real you isn't in a rush.

The real you wants to savor, wants to relish, wants to enjoy the experience. It's not about climbing

Everest, who's the fastest to get there unless you're in some Guinness World Book of Records

contest, which I doubt you are. Good for you if you are, though, how random. But think

about it. Is it about I got there an X amount of hours and minutes, or is it, wow, I climbed

that mountain? That was my dream and I actualized it. I think about even in terms of so many things,
