I'm going to share with you guys a fun little exercise.

I know I'm successful when.

We're going to talk about that here coming up.

Today I am tuning in from a wet and rainy studio here in northern California.

I can't lie, it is amazing to see some water raining down on me, baby. Let's go. The water gods

are loving on Cali today, and we need as much of that as we possibly can. We've been in a drought.

Obviously, if you guys have been falling along

this summer, dealing with the wildfires in California, have just been horrible. The last few years,

it's like every single year, you know, half of your summers cut in half. You can't even go

outside. You're smoked out. It's horrible. I mean, Lake Tahoe, our community was just ravaged this summer

with, uh, the wildfires being in a drought. You know, the forest was basically a matchbox that

just caught on fire. And it, as of today, is at 100% containment. And the fire started back in early August.

And so we are super excited to be getting some rain.

And when I was up making my tours around the hotels,

as I do every single week, I go up there,
