Today's guest is a working woman who has done literally so much that I'm going to have to ask

her to introduce herself, okay?

The accolades, the honors, literally the titles that you hold, the work that you do,

I'm super excited to have been introduced to you, and I am even more excited to have the

opportunity to introduce my people to the world of Dr. Jew.

So who is Dr. Jew?

First of all, thank you for having me. My pleasure. You were able to get me of Dr. Jew. So who is Dr. Jew? First of all, thank you for having me.

My pleasure. You were able to get me out of the office for a little while, so I appreciate that.

So Dr. Jew, I hail from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. I am a transplant. I have been here since I was 18.

Okay. I came here to go to college. And, you know, when I got

close to the graduation, I was like, it's cold up there. I like it down here. I hardly even need a coat.

So I just stayed. And my undergrad degree was in biology. I knew I wanted to go to medical school.

But in my senior year, I just knew I was not ready.

So I didn't even apply.

I took my entrance exam, but I did not apply.

I said, I think I need to take a little time off.

So I actually taught high school in the Atlanta public school system. And then I went back to medical school. How long did you teach? I only taught a year and a half. Oh, and a half. How did it end up being a half? Well, because when I finally started, it was January. Oh, got you. So that was the half. I was like, oh, they must have really cut up that second year.
